• You must give accurate, current information when you create an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Your account and course access are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• If you are under 18, use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
• Tell us promptly at zenithpathshalacoaching@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

When you buy a paid course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream that course's recorded video lectures and related materials for your own learning, for the validity period shown for the course.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or banking details.
• Access to a paid course is granted after your payment is successfully confirmed.
• We may change prices from time to time; the price shown at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

Course content is protected by copyright and is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning only. You agree not to:

• Record, download, screen-capture, copy, reproduce, or store the video lectures or materials by any means;
• Share your account or course access with anyone else, or publish, distribute, resell, or sub-licence any content;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, access-control, or content-protection measure;
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that harms the Services or other users.

Sharing or redistributing paid content is a serious breach. We may suspend or terminate access without refund if you breach these Terms, and we reserve all legal remedies.

All course videos, materials, text, graphics, logos, and the Services themselves are owned by Zenith Pathshala or its faculty and licensors, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your licence to access purchased content transfers no ownership to you.

If you are a student, teacher, or staff member of the coaching institute using the app, your use also involves records managed by the institute. How personal data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Video hosting and delivery rely on third-party providers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and occasional downtime or maintenance may occur.

Our courses and coaching are educational resources. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee any particular exam result, rank, score, or outcome — these depend on many factors, including your own effort.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenith Pathshala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

We may suspend or terminate your account or course access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. On termination for breach, access to purchased content may be revoked without refund, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
