Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply to paid online courses bought from Zenith Pathshala. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions. By buying a course, you agree to this policy.

What this covers

This policy applies to paid online courses (recorded video courses) bought through the Zenith Pathshala website. These are digital products delivered instantly to your account.

Courses are non-refundable once access is granted

Because a course is digital and its content becomes available to you immediately on purchase, fees are non-refundable once payment is complete and access to the course has been granted — including once you have started watching any lecture.

Please use the free preview lectures and the course details to decide before you buy.

If you were charged but didn't get access

You are entitled to a full refund if money was deducted but course access was not granted — for example, a failed or interrupted payment, a technical error, or a duplicate charge for the same course.

Write to us at zenithpathshalacoaching@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your payment reference / order details, and we will verify and refund the affected amount.

Cancellations

A completed course purchase cannot be cancelled once access has been granted, for the reason above. If a payment was started but never completed, no purchase exists and there is nothing to cancel.

Course validity and expiry

  • Each course is sold with a stated validity (for example, lifetime access or a fixed number of months). Access ending because the validity period has expired is not grounds for a refund.
  • Where a course offers renewal, renewing is a fresh purchase of a new access period.

How approved refunds are made

Where a refund is due under this policy, it is made to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

Email zenithpathshalacoaching@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request" and include the course name, the email/phone registered on your account, the amount, and the Razorpay payment or order reference. We will respond and resolve eligible requests promptly.
