Account & Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of your account and data, email us at zenithpathshalacoaching@gmail.com. Please use the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the following information:

1. 1 Full name as registered in the app
2. 2 Registered phone number (used to log in)
3. 3 Institute / coaching name
4. 4 Role: owner, teacher, or student
5. 5 Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Please note: We may contact you on your registered phone or email to confirm the request before deleting, to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

Once we verify your identity, we permanently delete your personal account data. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.

On a verified request, the following personal data is removed from your account:

• Login credentials & authentication identity Permanently deleted
• Profile details (name, phone, email, address, photo) Permanently deleted
• Uploaded documents (ID / certificates, where applicable) Permanently deleted
• Personal messages, doubts and feedback you submitted Permanently deleted or anonymized

Zenith Pathshala is used by coaching institutes to manage students and staff. Some academic and financial records must be retained by the institute for legal, accounting, and academic-record-keeping obligations even after an individual account is deleted. Where retained, such records are kept only as long as required by law and are dissociated from the user's login identity.

• Attendance, marks & academic history Retained by the institute as an academic record; anonymized on request where permitted
• Fee / payment & payroll records Retained as required by financial & tax law, then deleted

If you are a student or teacher, your account was created by your institute. We will coordinate your deletion request with the institute that administers your account.
